For same-day shipping, orders must be placed by 3:30pm EST Monday-Friday. Later shipment may be available for some items; please contact us to confirm.
Our diverse selection of specialized equipment requires us to use many distribution sources with variable product availability and order processing times. Please contact us to receive a guaranteed delivery date.
Sales Tax is charged for CA, CT, NV, NJ, TN and DC and will be added to your total after entering your address information. If you are tax-exempt, please fax your W-9 to (865) 673-9296 or e-mail to info@ScanStore.com. We will flag your account as tax-exempt and you will not be charged tax on future orders.
International Orders must select an International shipping type. The shipping total will show $0. Shipping estimates will be sent via e-mail. Upon approval, the cost will be added to your order total. To use a shipping account for your preferred carrier, please specify in the order notes during checkout.

Return Policy
Non-working items will be exchanged according to the RMA terms of the manufacturer.
Parts under $150 may be exchanged. Return shipping and a 15% restocking fee will apply.
Any part we recommend may be exchanged. If you aren't sure which part you need, just ask our experts. If you don't get the part you need we'll exchange it for free.
All other refunds and exchanges are not guaranteed without prior written or e-mail authorization. We strive to guarantee satisfaction and will be happy to accommodate your needs. Please contact us to get return authorization prior to your order.
