Our unique scanning service is designed to service small
businesses with low-volume projects (100-100,000 pages) that are too big for
Kinkos but too small for most scanning outsourcing companies. There are
also many companies in rural areas where the nearest scanning company is
hundreds of miles away. ScanEx is a unique service designed to meet these
needs.
The ScanEx process is as follows:

Get an
estimate of how many pages you have to scan. A number of boxes or file
cabinet drawers will provide enough information to estimate the page count.

Examine the quality of the files. How many paperclips, staples must be
removed? Are there odd-size pages? Digital camera photos of
several files will help us provide an accurate estimate.

Contact Us for a quote. Our experts
will ask you for answers to questions in 1 and 2 and can usually quote a
price immediately.

Ship
your documents to us. If your documents are in file cabinets we can
send you boxes to use for shipping.

Documents are scanned at our facility.

Scanned images are delivered via CD, DVD, e-mail or web download.

Originals can be shipped back to you or shredded at our facility.
