ScanStore Maryville

ScanStore is a family-owned company in Knoxville, Tennessee, and has specialized in document scanning, document management and OCR data capture since 1998. We also develop SimpleIndex, our document capture software, here in Knoxville.

We work with businesses in Maryville, Alcoa and Blount and Sevier counties, just south of our Knoxville office. We visit customers across East Tennessee, including Knoxville, Oak Ridge, Chattanooga and the Tri-Cities, for setup, training and demos, and we support customers everywhere else remotely. Scanners and parts ship directly to you.

We help offices choose the right document scanners, automate scanning, indexing and filing with SimpleIndex, set up document management, and build custom integrations with your business software. For a large backfile, we can assess the job and refer it to a trusted outsourcing partner.
