Features:
Scan 12 letter size pages per minute in 200 dpi
black and white mode for document archiving. Low price and small footprint allow
deployment at the desktop level where archiving solutions are most needed. The
TWAIN driver provides flexibility for integrating the Visioneer 9650 with
existing document management systems.
Just install the software, plug the Visioneer
9650 into your computer's USB port and you are ready to scan! There is no need
to open the computer to install an interface card, or worry about IRQs, DMAs,
SCSI Ids or other settings.
Simply drag and drop your scanned documents to
and from color-coded folders on your PaperPort Deluxe desktop to keep all of
your documents and images organized.
SimpleSearch engine allows you to locate
documents based on content, keywords, title, comments or creator. Background
indexing uses PaperPort's built-in OCR engine to add every word in a document to
the search database.
Drag and drop scanned documents on the word
processor link at the bottom of the PaperPort Deluxe desktop and the included
ScanSoft TextBridge OCR software automatically converts them into editable text.
Page Mirror technology accurately reproduces your original page with text,
graphics and tables right where they should be.
Just drag a scanned document's thumbnail to your
fax or email link, select the recipient's name from your address book, and
eliminate costly overnight delivery charges. |
