ScanStore's imaging experts are available to help you during every aspect of your document management system's implementation.  We provide virtual hands-on service to clients worldwide with GotoMeeting.  On-site service is also available.

Typical projects for our consulting services include:

  • Installation of scanner drivers and software, system configuration and user training
  • Integrate custom scanning interface in existing business applications
  • Implement complex custom document workflows
  • Design forms optimized for automatic handprint recognition
  • Configure accounts payable processing systems to automate data entry of invoices from many vendors in different formats
  • Assessment of legal retention and privacy requirements, current costs and business processes to recommend a document management strategy

You may purchase installation and training services in hourly or daily increments using the items below.  The Basic Scan Job item can be used to scan documents up to 250 pages.  Please obtain a quote for projects involving more pages, complex configurations or custom application development.  If an on-site visit is needed, our daily rates include all expenses except airfare.
