Our SimpleIndex document scanning and FormReader forms processing software lets us quickly configure small jobs it takes hours or days for other service bureaus to setup.  ScanStore is the expert in document management systems for small and medium businesses.  Our ScanEx service lets you turn the work over to us!

The ScanEx process is as follows:

1. Get an estimate of how many pages you have to scan.  A number of boxes or file cabinet drawers will provide enough information to estimate the page count.
   
   
2. Examine the quality of the files.  How many paperclips, staples must be removed?  Are there odd-size pages?  Digital camera photos of several files will help us provide an accurate estimate.
   
   
3. Contact Us for a quote.  Our experts will ask you for answers to questions in 1 and 2 and can usually quote a price immediately.
   
   
4. Ship your documents to us.  If your documents are in file cabinets we can send you boxes to use for shipping.
   
   
5. Documents are scanned at our facility.
   
   
6. Scanned images are delivered via CD, DVD, e-mail or web download.
   
   
7. Originals can be shipped back to you or shredded at our facility.
