The ScanEx process is as follows:

Get an
estimate of how many pages you have to scan. A number of boxes or file
cabinet drawers will provide enough information to estimate the page count.

Examine the quality of the files. How many paperclips, staples must be
removed? Are there odd-size pages? Digital camera photos of
several files will help us provide an accurate estimate.

Contact Us for a quote. Our experts will ask you
for answers to questions in 1 and 2 and can usually quote a ballpark estimate
immediately, and can have a formal quote ready within 1 business day.

Ship your documents to us via your preferred method or we can suggest carriers.

Documents are scanned at our facility.

Scanned images are delivered via CD, DVD, e-mail or web download.

Originals can be shipped back to you or shredded at our facility.
