Overview:

The AV3800 is a high performance duplex scanner with the advanced capability of scanning both sides of a page in one pass. The AV3800 has a built-in Auto Document Feeder (ADF) that holds up to 50 pages at a time while providing a maximum scanning speed of 80 pages per minute through duplex mode. It is an ideal tool for the most demanding document management environment.

Features:

• The AV3800 offers both a flatbed scan and a built-in 50 pages automatic document feeder (ADF). The ADF is capable of 40 pages per minute document scanning.
• The True Duplex scanning technology uses two CCDs (Charge Couple Device) to scan both sides of the page in a single pass. The AV3800 effectively doubles the speed in True Duplex mode - can up to 80 pages (or sides) per minute.
• The AV3800 also features a straight paper path that can minimize frustrating pager jams. It can scan documents up to A4 size (8.5" x 11.69") on the flatbed or Legal size (8.5" x 14") through the ADF.
