Upgrades manufacturer warranty to a 5 day a week, 9 hour a day, 24 hour turn around for on-site service. All parts included except consumables and all repairs are done by an authorized technician. Must be purchased the date of the scanner purchase. Service provided by Kodak, some restrictions apply.
