ABBYY FlexiCapture: editions and pricing
ABBYY FlexiCapture is intelligent data capture software. It classifies incoming documents, extracts data from forms, invoices and other documents, including tables and handwriting, and sends uncertain values to a person to verify. ScanStore is an ABBYY partner, and we resell, implement and support FlexiCapture.
Editions
- Standalone runs on one workstation, for a single department or a fixed set of forms.
- Distributed, the enterprise edition, spreads scanning, recognition and verification across many stations and servers.
- FlexiCapture Cloud is hosted by ABBYY, with no servers to run.
- FlexiCapture for Invoices, on premises or in the cloud, comes ready to read invoices from any vendor.
- The FlexiCapture SDK builds the same technology into your own application.
How FlexiCapture is priced
FlexiCapture is licensed by page volume: an annual subscription, a number of pages per year, or a total page count to use over the license's life. Invoice editions are licensed by invoices per year. Workstations for scanning and verification are added as needed. Standalone licenses start at a few thousand dollars, and distributed licenses scale from 50,000 to millions of pages. Current prices for many configurations are listed on this page, and we'll quote the right one for your volume.
Is FlexiCapture the right fit?
FlexiCapture pays off with high volumes, many document types and complex extraction. For simpler jobs, such as indexing documents by barcode or reading fixed zones, SimpleIndex uses ABBYY's FineReader engine at a much lower cost and can grow into FlexiCapture later.
